Job Summary
Register payment vouchers (national and non-resident invoices) and record expense reimbursements, ensuring all documents have proper support for registration and payment. Analyze payable accounts for IGV credit, deductions, and withholdings while maintaining updated accounting entries and physical/electronic file organization. Prepare electronic books for purchases, sales, and daily journals, supporting financial closures and tax audits. Requires 2–4 years of experience in general regime companies, proficiency in Concar/Odoo, advanced Excel, and intermediate English. Required Qualifications
- Bachiller de la carrera de Contabilidad
- Experiencia mínima de 2 a 4 años en Empresas regimen general
- Experiencia en el Sistema Concar/Odoo
- Manejo de Excel – Intermedio o Avanzado
- Inglés: Intermedio o Avanzado
- Manejo de Office a nivel Intermedio
