Job Summary
ASIC/FPGA Verification Engineer (Experienced, Lead, or Senior) at Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems. Verify state-of-the-art digital ICs/SoCs using UVM/SystemVerilog; develop self-checking testbenches, functional and code coverage models, and regression suites; support FPGA-based prototyping and collaborate with cross-functional teams. On-site role at El Segundo, Huntington Beach (CA) or Fairfax (VA). Must have a BS in engineering/computer science-related field, 5+ years in ASIC/FPGA verification, SystemVerilog/UVM expertise, and ability to obtain a US security clearance. Relocation may be offered; 1st shift; detailed salary ranges vary by level (Experienced/Lead/Senior).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical) or Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent
- 5+ years of proven ASIC/FPGA verification experience
- Familiarity with SystemVerilog/UVM architecture and verification framework
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog and SystemVerilog Assertions
- Experience in building self-checking and reusable testbenches
- Experience in developing Functional Coverage Models and achieving Code Coverage
- Ability to collaborate with design and system engineering to establish ASIC/FPGA level specifications
- Familiarity with waveform debug tools
- Version control experience (svn, cvs, git)
- Proficiency in Linux environments
- On-site work requirement (100% onsite)
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)
