Job Summary
Define, design, verify, and document ASIC and FPGA developments, including architecture determination, system simulation, and detailed design approaches. Define module interfaces, evaluate process flows from high-level design through synthesis and place-and-route, and create test and simulation plans establishing functional criteria. Verify test results, analyze performance, and review vendor capabilities, foundry technologies, and simulation tools. Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation. Requires a Secret security clearance obtainable within a reasonable time after hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus 1 year of relevant work experience; or Master's degree
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- U.S. citizenship is required
