Asian Cultural Program Director / Liaison

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate Tucker House’s Asian Cultural Program as Program Director and Liaison, serving as the primary connection between residents, families, and community partners. Develop culturally focused activities, facilitate translation/interpretation, advocate for resident cultural needs, organize events and educational presentations, and build partnerships with Chinatown organizations and local healthcare providers. Drive community outreach, marketing of the program, and involvement in census growth, while collaborating with Admissions, Social Services, Activities, Nursing, and Administration to deliver culturally responsive care and meaningful engagement for older adults.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for serving older adults
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, senior living, social services, recreation, hospitality, or community outreach
