Job Summary
The Asian Cuisine Deli Cook is responsible for preparing fresh, made-to-order Asian dishes for lunch and dinner service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include cooking and prep work across various stations, maintaining cooking quality and speed for up to 30 orders simultaneously, daily cleaning, organizing storage areas, and sustaining a clean and functional work station. Must have at least two years of experience preparing Asian cuisine, proficiency in grilling, broiling, and sautéing, and the ability to work effectively with coworkers to coordinate cooking times.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years experience cooking Asian dishes
- Experience grilling, broiling and sautéing
- Ability to handle up to 30 orders at one time
- Knowledge of food decoration and food temperatures
- Effective coordination of cooking times with coworkers

Additional Requirements
- Must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
- Pre-employment drug testing required
- Must tolerate a smoke filled environment
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts including days, swings, graveyard, and holidays
