Job Summary
The Asian Cuisine Cook prepares and cooks various Asian cuisine dishes for casino guests, handles prep work, assists with line cooking, organizes storage, and maintains a clean work area. Requires at least two years of Asian Cuisine cooking experience, a valid Washington State food handler's card, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Candidates must be able to work all shifts, obtain specified licenses, and pass drug testing.
Required Qualifications

- Good manual and finger dexterity to use small cooking utensils
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
Additional Requirements
- Must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
- Pre-employment drug testing required; marijuana use will not disqualify unless driving a company vehicle
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
