Execute and continuously enhance the PWM Data Governance Framework, defining processes, procedures, and operating models while promoting a culture of data ownership and accountability. Organize quarterly Data Governance Committee meetings, prepare reporting packs, and track actions, risks, and remediation commitments to facilitate discussions between business, technology, and control stakeholders. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of critical data assets, coordinate periodic landscape reviews, and support data lineage, metadata management, and catalog initiatives. Establish and monitor data quality metrics, coordinate end-to-end management of quality issues, and drive root cause analysis for recurring exceptions. Support compliance with regulatory requirements by partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams on evidence gathering and governance reviews. Act as the primary liaison across functions to drive governance awareness, facilitate working groups, and influence stakeholders to adopt best practices.
