Job Summary
The Client Service Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering a range of private wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth clients. Key responsibilities include executing banking and investment transactions, conducting pre-trade checks, managing trade bookings, monitoring accounts, handling asset transfers, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with KYC policies. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Finance or related disciplines, relevant client service experience, good knowledge of wealth management products, and excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate in Finance or related disciplines
- Relevant client service experience in wealth management or private banking industry
- Good knowledge of wealth management and private banking investment products and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) designation is preferred.
