Job Summary
Asia Sales Compensation Manager leads the development and implementation of incentive compensation plans for multiple regions, partnering with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership. Responsible for maintaining compensation models, analyzing performance, and driving alignment with corporate goals. Works with GMs, VPs, Directors, and cross-functional teams to design and roll out plans, provides data-driven insights, supports quota development, and uses analytics tools (Tableau, SQL) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com). Requires 10+ years in Sales Compensation/Operations or Finance, strong communication and project-management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred). Role is hybrid in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 10+ years of increasing responsibility in a Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance role (minimum of 5 years in Sales Compensation)
- Experience in designing and implementing sales compensation plans
- Exceptional communication and business partnering skills, including the ability to interact with executive leadership
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with scenario analyses
- Strong Critical thinking skills
- Effective organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to navigate a wide variety of interactions
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
