Asia Regional Manager

Oversee planning and execution of BAFT Asia activities, including promotion of thought leadership, development of best practices, policy advocacy, and education programs. Drive Asia-Pacific initiatives by coordinating the Asia Council, organizing working groups and Asia-based committees, and maintaining alignment with BAFT HQ. Plan and execute Asia-focused programs and events, including webinars, member outreach, and thought leadership engagements. Represent BAFT in industry programs and coordinate interactions with policy makers and partners. Travel approximately 10%. Requires strong project management, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders across seniority levels. The role has no direct reports but will oversee consultants or temporary staff for specific scopes of work.
