Job Summary
Service Delivery VP in Asia Private Banking Operations responsible for providing first-class investment operations support, collaborating with stakeholders, governance, metrics, issue ownership, escalation of control breaches, driving process improvements and automation with operations teams; requires Bachelor's in Banking/Finance, 8+ years ops, people management, strong communication, fast-paced, self-starter, ownership, analytical problem-solving, Mandarin and client-facing experience preferred, Temenos/Tableau/Alteryx knowledge a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of operational experience
- People management skills and knowledge across products, processes, and trade lifecycle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a partnership mindset and the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highly disciplined self-starter with adaptability to learn new tasks and willingness to understand process details
- Strong ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment, applying creative and strategic thinking to drive solutions, initiatives, and projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues
