Job Summary
Lead supplier engagement from scale-up to launch, managing high-risk change management projects (CMPs) and overseeing supplier modernization to ensure business continuity. Drive cost performance through savings initiatives, key raw materials yield improvement, and COPOP reduction while executing supplier EHS audits and process improvements. Manage daily operations including new supplier assessment, BOM creation for SAP, and capital projects, while troubleshooting ECC, EWM, and FIORI system transactions to reduce subcon lead times. Collaborate with global and local teams to implement supplier performance management and continuous improvement activities for BG COGS reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of 3PM process and daily operation
- 5 years+ of relevant experience of 3PM operation
- Project management & communication skill to lead intercompany requirement with global team/local team and suppliers
- Vendor management knowledge
- Financial & Statistics Knowledge
- VSM & CI knowledge
- Education / technologist
