Job Summary
Lead client coverage on Asia rates markets, form top-down and bottom-up views on Asian bond markets, and deliver the firm’s Asia Local Markets bond outlook to JPMorgan’s global client base. Collaborate with the Asia strategy team and global EM team to formulate forecasts, lead the marketing and communication of views via reports, webinars, roadshows, and conferences, build and manage analytics and quantitative models, and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience covering Emerging Markets fixed income markets at a financial institution.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a STEM discipline.
- Familiarity with economic and financial databases such as Haver and Bloomberg.
- Deep understanding of macroeconomics, financial economics, and fixed income markets.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced knowledge of statistics and econometrics/data science.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage senior clients and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a demonstrated team player.
