Job Summary
Expand Marex's allocator network across Southeast Asia by originating and maintaining relationships with institutional allocators, family offices, and consultants. Identify and facilitate high-quality introductions between allocators and hedge fund managers based on investment objectives and strategies. Develop deep understanding of mandates and emerging trends in the alternatives landscape while providing global managers with market intelligence and allocator feedback. Operate independently to manage a portfolio of relationships, representing Marex externally at industry conferences and networking initiatives. Ensure full compliance with MAS regulatory requirements, operational risk frameworks, and the Company Code of Conduct. Report policy breaches and escalate risk events immediately. Contribute to the growth and visibility of the Capital Introduction platform within the region.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience within Capital Introduction, Investor Relations, Asset Allocation or relevant field
- Existing network of allocators, fund of funds, pensions, sovereigns, family offices and investment consultants in Southeast Asia
- Strong understanding of hedge fund strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level external relationships
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Act with integrity

- Be open and cooperative with the MAS and other regulators (where applicable)
- Pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairly
- Observe proper standard of market conduct
- Act to deliver good outcomes for retail customers
