Job Summary
Lead the Ashburton Branch for Fulton Hogan, overseeing branch operations across the Ashburton District Council road maintenance contract, contracting, and quarry operations. Drive safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes with a team of 45, shaping performance, culture, and stakeholder relationships in the Canterbury region. You will manage financial performance, build client and community relationships, and develop strategic actions aligned to regional goals while fostering a collaborative leadership style. A tertiary engineering qualification is advantageous, with responsibilities including leadership, people development, and ensuring delivery of good work across divisions.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in a management role, ideally within infrastructure and construction or a related industry
- Proven ability to lead people and business performance across a complex operational environment
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- The ability to develop and deliver strategic actions aligned to regional and business goals
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent would be an advantage
