Job Summary
Lead an asphalt crew including machinists, balkmen, finishers, and transporters by directing operations and ensuring smooth workflow on road projects. Coordinate planning with project teams to align people, equipment, and transport schedules while monitoring progress, quality, and costs. Organize and oversee quality measurements, manage reporting, and enforce safety standards in a dynamic environment involving night and weekend shifts. Adapt quickly to changing weather, logistics, or planning constraints to maintain focus and deliver results across diverse infrastructure sites throughout the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo- of hbo-niveau
- bij voorkeur in de richting civiele techniek
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de GWW-sector
- Kennis van projectplanningen
- Kennis van contractafspraken
- Kennis van termijnstaten
- Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften
- bereid nacht- weekenddienst te draaien indien noodzakelijk voor het project
Desired Qualifications
- Een elektrische leaseauto of een mobiliteitsbudget van minimaal € 930,- bruto per maand bij een dienstverband van 40 uur
