Job Summary
Lead an asphalt crew on-site, directing daily operations, coordinating material and equipment, and managing order adjustments to ensure projects run efficiently and safely. Monitor progress closely, address deviations immediately, and make decisive adjustments for scope changes. Produce clear daily reports documenting work, quality, and labor hours while acting as the primary contact for suppliers and the broader project team. Collaborate with the Asphalt Coordinator to align schedules and maintain strict adherence to timelines. Full-time role in Medemblik with occasional weekend and night shifts required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Asfalt Uitvoerder
- Werkervaring met MS Office
- VCA-VOL certificaat
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
- Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en bereid om incidenteel in het weekend en in de nachten te werken
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
