Job Summary
Support daily operations at client retail locations by training store sales staff on products, processes, and best practices. Provide ongoing coaching to sales teams to ensure correct process implementation and build strong relationships with store personnel and internal clients. Monitor operational and commercial KPIs to track performance, identify floor improvement opportunities, and propose actionable solutions. Assist with customer service activities and maintain constant communication with internal teams to guarantee operational execution. Requires 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, or retail with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in Ciudad de México.
Required Qualifications
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en atención a clientes, ventas, retail o posiciones comerciales similares
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes
- Facilidad para capacitar y trabajar directamente con equipos en sitio
- Perfil proactivo, adaptable y orientado a resultados
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y resolver problemas operativos
- Manejo básico de herramientas digitales y reporteo
- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en ubicaciones de clientes dentro de Ciudad de México
