Conduct personalized customer service at the CAC Minas center by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and executing in-store sales to meet targets. Manage administrative tasks derived from client interactions and rotate with other advisors as a host to handle quick consultations, document requirements, and prioritize waiting lines. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and health and safety procedures while maintaining quality service standards. Perform cash collections where applicable. Requires a completed high school diploma, prior experience in customer service and in-store sales, and basic computer skills. Full-time schedule at CAC Minas.
