Job Summary
Attend and provide technical-commercial advice to carpenters, installers, and distributors, guiding them to the best solutions for their projects from initial consultation through product delivery. Manage the creation and tracking of quotes and orders while handling incidents and coordinating with production and logistics teams. Focus on client retention and portfolio development while supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role requires at least two years of experience in professional client service, with knowledge of carpentry, measurements, and office software. Full-time hours and initial product training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia en atención comercial a cliente profesional (mínimo 2 años)
- Conocimientos de medidas, planos y ofimática
- Persona comunicativa, resolutiva, organizada y con orientación a resultados
Desired Qualifications
- Valorable experiencia en carpintería, cocinas, baños, armarios o materiales de construcción
- Valorable conocimientos de Ardis y Winclass
