The ASES Sr. Group Leader oversees daily operations at Boys & Girls Clubs, managing staff, planning youth programs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- 48 units of college coursework or completion of CAPE
- CPR and First Aid Certifications within 30 days of hire
- Valid Driver’s license and verification of insurance
- Clear TB test as required
- Certified school bus driver certification required within 9 months
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with school-aged youth
- Knowledge of youth development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media navigation
- Ability to lead and control groups of children
