Job Summary
Aseptic Production Supervisor (Day Shift) oversees and coordinates aseptic manufacturing activities including preparation, filling, capping, autoclaving, depy glass, compounding, filtration, lyophilization, and terminal sterilization; ensures adherence to SOPs, GMPs, safety, and production schedules; supervises hourly staff and group leads, drives productivity, coordinates training, maintains production records, and supports process improvements. Requires proven leadership in a manufacturing setting, strong communication, and hands-on expertise with equipment and processes; minimum 4 years in manufacturing and 4 years in a supervisory/lead role; Bachelor's degree with PLC Programming and Electrical Maintenance certification; preferred additional years of experience and demonstrated competencies in quality systems and continuous improvement.

- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Bachelor's Degree with a certificate in PLC Programming and Electrical Maintenance
