Job Summary
Aseptic Prep Associate responsible for basic operation of sterilization equipment, disinfection and cleaning of aseptic/nonsterile manufacturing areas, material/component transfers into aseptic area, preparation of parts for sterilization, and documentation in batch records. Roles include loading autoclaves/dry heat ovens, maintaining GMP/ISO/EHS compliance, supporting OpEx and OEE initiatives, and acting in a team-oriented capacity within Tampa, FL on rotating night shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Aseptic Gowning
- Disinfection
- Rinse Water
- Able to work quickly and under pressure
- Good documentation and math skills
- Must be detail oriented and quality conscious
- Good team oriented and excellent communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work different shifts/weekends as needed to maintain the production schedule
