Aseptic Filling Operator

Operate and monitor an aseptic filling machine in accordance with applicable SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Maintain proper aseptic technique to minimize contamination; perform cleaning, loading of commodities, startup activities, and normal operation of the batch. May perform minor maintenance on production lines. Demonstrate cleanroom behavior to minimize contamination; perform peer-to-peer batch record documentation reviews; operate advanced HMI applications; document work accurately in batch records/logbooks; adhere to SOPs, cGMPs, and safety requirements. Participate in shadow training of Filling Operators II and III; perform other duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
