Job Summary
ASE Technician responsible for diagnosing automotive systems, performing repair and replacement of automotive parts, fluids, tires, and accessories, and ensuring services are done right the first time. Role requires compliance with safety, loss prevention, and customer service programs; duties include completing Service Work Orders, MPI, and supporting the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process, while maintaining shop productivity and ASE certification status.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience in automotive service field
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended or equivalent
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- ASE Certification A4 – Suspension & Steering
- ASE Certification A5 – Brakes
- State Inspection License
