ASDC Midwest Regional Director

ASDC Midwest Regional Director responsible for serving as the primary liaison and advisor to State Party Chairs, Vice Chairs, and Executive Directors within the Midwest region. Lead and coordinate statewide campaigns, operations, fundraising, communications, training, and program initiatives; ensure effective two-way communication between State Parties and the ASDC/DNC; oversee planning, briefings, regional meetings, and travel arrangements to support state parties; manage requests for surrogates for virtual and in-person events; contribute to national programs and training curricula; collaborate with DNC departments to align support and resources; drive regional strategic imperatives, planning, and performance tracking; travel within the region and nationally as needed; contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and mission-focused team culture; salary range $100,000–$110,000 annually depending on experience.
