Job Summary
ASD Career Advancement Specialist at PRISM in Malden, MA. Responsible for equipping neurodiverse participants with job readiness skills to secure employment or collegiate pathways; supervising groups in varied settings; developing engaging career and social experiences; providing 1:1 coaching and supports; coordinating with families and ISP/Life Plan teams; monitoring progress and documenting outcomes; facilitating transportation to interviews and community activities; and collaborating with Case Management to meet goals while maintaining safety and compliance. Requires high school diploma (advanced education preferred), 2–4 years in human services/ASD, driver’s license with reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; additional Education preferred
- Two to Four years of Human Services/ASD experience preferred
- Some Marketing and/or Sales experience preferred
- First Aid/CPR and Safety Care or willingness to become certified
- Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record required
- Personal vehicle required
