Job Summary
Represent the facility professionally while supporting clinical pathways, staffing plans, and patient services. Lead, manage, and support staff to maintain a positive, ethical work climate conducive to attracting quality professionals. Understand the organization's financial position and provide meaningful data for quarterly reports presented to the Governing Board. Partner with physicians and the Board to appraise financial status, issue regular reports, and develop annual operating and capital budgets. Oversee administrative services including budgeting, credentialing, accounting, purchasing, insurance, employment, and marketing to ensure cost-effective care. Work with the Medical Director and Quality Improvement Committee to identify problem areas in patient care delivery and implement solutions.

- OR experience
- medical management experience

- ability to identify problems, and conflicts and work proactively towards resolution
- ability to work well with a Board of Directors

- ability to perform financial analysis
- ability to perform accounting functions
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- proficiency in typing
- proficiency in using computers
- ability to adjust your schedule to ensure department work gets done
- ability to support staff with RN experience
- ability to complete a criminal background check
- ability to meet certain vaccination requirements
- ability to successfully complete federal background checks
- ability to complete education verification
- ability to complete reference checks
- ability to complete an initial TB test
