Job Summary
ASC Finance Manager serves as the dedicated financial partner to ASC leadership, driving strategic finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration to influence growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include translating financial data into actionable insights for revenue growth and margin improvement; leading monthly financial reporting and budgeting; developing forward-looking financial models; monitoring performance drivers such as supply costs and productivity; supporting contract negotiations, feasibility studies, and regulatory requests; performing cost-benefit analyses for capital investments; and partnering with Accounting/Controller teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years in FP&A or related areas; advanced Excel and modeling skills; and experience influencing leadership decisions. Healthcare or ASC experience is a plus.
