Job Summary
Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Document business processes, recommend improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Support system enhancements by participating in testing, validating data accuracy, and identifying issues. Assist with forecasting, financial modeling, and process improvement initiatives involving the design or implementation of new workflows. Provide support during workshops by preparing materials, guiding discussions, and capturing outcomes for leadership. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards while ensuring operational efficiency and positive service experiences.

- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area, managing creation and implementation of a service area component, trouble-shooting
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Manual dexterity required for operating office equipment (e.g., computers, phones, fax machines)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Visual acuity is required to perform tasks involving computer screens and paper documents
- Ability to move around the office to access files, office machinery, and other equipment
