Job Summary
Lead establishment and operational launch of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center in Pennsylvania, overseeing opening activities, compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards, development of operational policies and procedures, and day-to-day administration including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Collaborate with physicians and staff to establish protocols for cardiology and vascular procedures, implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, and build relationships with physicians, staff, and vendors to shape patient experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- minimum four years supervisory/management experience
- proven experience as an ASC Administrator, particularly in opening new centers
- familiarity with state regulations and accreditation standards in Pennsylvania
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
