Asbestos Project Monitor / Air Sampling Technician

Job Summary
Supervise asbestos abatement activities to ensure full compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Perform air monitoring to determine final air clearance upon project completion, including detailed visual inspections and PCM/TEM sample collection. Maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation, daily logs, and result reporting while traveling regularly across NYC. Drop off equipment and samples to the office and laboratory as needed, and submit timesheets every other week via the timekeeping app. This temporary field position requires 100% travel and may involve weekend or late-night work to meet client schedules.
Required Qualifications
- NYSDOL Asbestos Project Monitor / Air Sampling Technician Certificate
- Valid Driver's license
