Job Summary
Supervise asbestos abatement projects and onsite crews from start to completion, ensuring work complies with NESHAP requirements and applicable Nevada state regulations. Manage employee schedules, time, productivity, and jobsite activities while maintaining accurate project documentation and promoting a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Provide clear communication with employees, customers, and stakeholders, and travel to various project locations as needed to support licensing requirements and obtain a Nevada Abatement Contractor's License. This direct hire role requires at least three years of asbestos abatement experience and strong leadership skills to effectively manage field operations.
Required Qualifications
- at least three years of asbestos abatement experience
- Working knowledge of NESHAP requirements and Nevada asbestos regulations
- Current Nevada Abatement Contractor's License, or sufficient experience to qualify for licensure with the company
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations
- Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage jobsite activities
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on field environment
