Job Summary
Lead and supervise asbestos abatement crews on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations. Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce company protocols, and coordinate logistics for equipment, materials, and waste disposal. Maintain accurate project records, logs, and daily reports while communicating regularly with Project Managers. Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to support skill development and troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize delays. Requires valid Asbestos Supervisor Certification, 3+ years of experience, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a CA driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Valid Asbestos Supervisor Certification
- 3+ years of asbestos abatement or environmental remediation experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Thorough knowledge of abatement regulations, safety practices, and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass medical surveillance, drug screening, and fit testing requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
