Job Summary
Anti-Social Behaviour, legal and fraud case management role: manage and investigate complex ASB, legal and fraud cases, triage and review incidents, and take legal action for tenancy breaches and tenancy fraud. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies for effective case coordination and handovers, contribute to continuous service development, and deliver excellent customer service to residents. Role is based in Oldham with a hybrid pattern: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to Level 2 (C+ or 9-4 GCSE or equivalent) or higher.
