Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, process register transactions accurately, and handle cash and change while maintaining a safe work environment. Build relationships with guests to create loyalty and deliver exceptional service by anticipating needs and adhering to brand standards. Organize merchandise effectively, maintain a clean store environment, and assist with inventory preparation and window display construction. Report potential hazards and loss prevention incidents to leadership. Perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Bachelor's degree
