Job Summary
As Needed Field Investigator in Worcester, MA or remote, conducts surveillance and SIU investigations within assigned geographic area, secures videotape, statements, documents, and photographs, completes written notes, and submits videotaped results and reports by the next business day. Requires valid state driver’s license, private investigator license (if applicable), investigative tools, experience with surveillance and SIU investigations, dependable vehicle, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Current private investigator license (if applicable)
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines
- Self-starter capable of working with limited supervision
- Investigator tools (Laptop, Video Cameras, Digital Recorder, etc.)
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience conducting surveillance as a field investigator
- Experience completing SIU claim investigations
- Reliable vehicle
