Job Summary
Conduct video surveillance and other investigations for insurance claims, including workers' compensation, suspected fraud, and liability cases. Complete written notes and submit videotaped results, photographs, and digital recordings by the next business day. Perform Surveillance and SIU assignments within an assigned geographical area, review case materials beforehand, secure statements, scene inspections, and supporting documents, and maintain confidentiality while communicating progress with the case manager and meeting client deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Current private investigator license (if applicable)
- Possess investigative tools (Laptop, Video Cameras, Digital Recorder, etc.)
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience conducting surveillance as a field investigator
- Experience completing SIU claim investigations
- Possess a reliable vehicle
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter with limited supervision
