Job Summary
As Needed Field Investigator in Boston, MA responsible for conducting surveillance and SIU-related investigations across assigned geographic areas. Responsibilities include reviewing case materials, performing video surveillance to document subjects, securing statements and documents, recording observations with written notes, and submitting videotaped results, photographs, and recordings by the next business day. Must communicate regularly with the case manager, maintain confidentiality, and meet client deadlines while operating with limited supervision. Requires possession of a valid driver's license, private investigator license if applicable, investigative tools, and a reliable vehicle, with strong writing and verbal communication skills and prior surveillance/SIU experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Current private investigator license (if applicable)
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines
- Self-starter capable of working with limited supervision
- Investigative tools (Laptop, Video Cameras, Digital Recorder, etc.)
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience conducting surveillance as a field investigator
- Experience completing SIU claim investigations
- Possess a reliable vehicle
