Job Summary

Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process formulations, and final products, including stability and complaint sample analysis. Execute method validations, transfers, and cleaning/equipment validations while maintaining rigorous laboratory notebooks and batch records. Investigate out-of-specification results and deviations per Laboratory Management directives, and support regulatory audits and SOP collaborations. Manage instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and general lab housekeeping to ensure a safe, cGMP-compliant environment. Assist in training junior personnel and collaborate on special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • BS degree in Chemistry or related field with a minimum 4 years of experience
  • MS degree in Chemistry or related field with a minimum 2 years of experience
  • pharmaceutical laboratory environment experience
  • Expertise with standard laboratory techniques
  • wet chemistry tests

  • modern Data Acquisition Systems
  • Strong documentation skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Competency with specialized laboratory equipment such as ICP-MS, Malvern PSD, aPSD, Particulate Matter testing, Breathing Simulation Testing, etc.
