Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive oversight of nephrological, transplanted, and hypertensive patients in the outpatient clinic while leading daily rounds and supervising dialysis patients undergoing hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and lipidapheresis. Perform ultrasound examinations and other diagnostic and therapeutic measures, ensuring evidence-based treatment and strategic therapy planning for optimal long-term care. Manage the entire treatment quality, patient care, and staff leadership at the location through interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Facharzt (m/w) für Innere Medizin und Nephrologie
- fundierte Erfahrung in nephrologischer Intensivmedizin
- Erfahrung in Dialyseverfahren
- Erfahrung in Hochdruckerkrankungen
- ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen
- Verstehen, medizinische Exzellenz mit ökonomischer Verantwortung zu verbinden
- Lust auf eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition
