Arvada, CO - Field Roof Inspector

Independent Contractor field role: inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and conduct underwriting property inspections as part of Hancock Claims Consultants’ network. Utilize lidar devices and mobile tech to support insurance claims inspections and catastrophe response, while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and strong customer service when interacting with insureds. Responsibilities include safe navigation of roofs, documenting findings, and collaborating with insurance agencies to assist in determining property damage and preventing further harm until permanent repairs. Roofing/construction background and insurance claims experience are a plus but not required; candidates must have a vehicle capable of transporting a 32’ ladder and obtain any required certifications. HAAG certification is favorable, and ongoing credentials may be pursued to join the contractor pool.
