Artwork and Master Data Coordinator

Job Summary
Lead artwork of package development activities and manage BOM and SAP master data to ensure timely, customer-focused delivery. Maintain accuracy of material data, monitor activation readiness, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material codes are available when needed. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to effectively manage artworks, BOM, and master data within the supply process. Requires strong coordination and communication skills, detail-oriented work style, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, or fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Preferably experience/knowledge in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries, GMP environment
- Experience/knowledge in SAP master data management
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
