Job Summary
Artwork and Master Data Coordinator focused on leading artwork development for package design, managing SAP master data (creation, maintenance, obsolescence) and BOM accuracy, and ensuring timely material activation within a cross-functional supply process. Collaborates with markets, production, and the Artwork Centre to deliver customer-focused artwork and maintain product structure data; identifies and implements continuous improvements in artworks, BOM, and master data. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with preference for pharma/FMCG GMP exposure and SAP master data knowledge. Strong coordination, communication, and detail-oriented capabilities are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Preferably experience/knowledge in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries, especially in a GMP working environment
- Preferably experience/knowledge in SAP master data management
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Language proficiency: Bahasa Indonesian (native) and English (business level)
