Job Summary
Write two to three arts and entertainment stories weekly for the ToDo section, maintain the community calendar, and collect, edit, and prepare milestones for publication. Select wire content, collaborate with the staff photographer to source art, and contribute features to the A section as needed. Manage the paper's social media presence by scheduling daily posts and work with designers to ensure proper story placement. Maintain professional relationships with internal and external contacts while meeting deadlines. Based in Cheyenne, this role offers coverage of the expanding local arts scene and occasional travel to Denver for major exhibits.
