Job Summary
Conduct medical care and perform endoscopic procedures within the gastroenterology department at Maastricht UMC+, collaborating closely with Zuyderland MC and Catharina Ziekenhuis. Manage irregular shifts including evening, night, and weekend coverage alongside standard 40-46 hour full-time duties. Complete a six-year specialist training program in gastroenterology, beginning with a 16-month pre-training period in internal medicine. Maintain proficiency in Dutch (B2 level) for patient and colleague communication while holding a valid VOG.
Required Qualifications
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
- Nederlandse taal beheerst (minimaal B2-niveau)
- In Nederland mag werken (EU/EER-nationaliteit of een geldige werkvergunning)
- Ervaring als arts-assistent niet in opleiding tot specialist (ANIOS)
- Bij voorkeur binnen de maag-darm-leverziekten
- Onregelmatige diensten werken
- Bereikbaarheids- en/of aanwezigheidsdiensten tijdens avond, nacht in het weekeinde en tijdens feestdagen
