Job Summary
Complete repairs on-site, start to finish, adapting to apartments, hotels, moving sites, and construction zones. Blend materials, match colors, and troubleshoot alongside the Support Team to solve tricky issues. Log progress in software and treat residents with care. Master the one-of-a-kind 5-step process using a personalized kit of tools and products.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with some kind of manual or creative work — construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, music, baking, you name it
- A sharp eye for color — you can see, distinguish, and replicate colors, because color matching is at the heart of what we do (if you are colorblind...this isn't for you)
Desired Qualifications
- A facilities-maintenance or handyman background is a nice bonus, but not a dealbreaker
