Job Summary
Complete on-site surface repairs from start to finish, adapting your artistic skills to match colors, sheens, and materials across apartments, hotels, and construction zones. Log progress in software, troubleshoot complex issues with support, and treat every customer with care. Master a unique five-step process using a personalized kit of tools to deliver invisible fixes that last. No overtime, nights, or weekends required. Paid training begins day one with mentorship from a seasoned technician.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with some kind of manual or creative work — construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, music, baking, you name it
- A sharp eye for color — you can see, distinguish, and replicate colors, because color matching is at the heart of what we do (if you are colorblind...this isn't for you)
Desired Qualifications
- A facilities-maintenance or handyman background is a nice bonus, but not a dealbreaker
