Job Summary
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, website assets, and promotional graphics from concept through production while maintaining brand consistency. Create digital content for social media, paid advertising, and landing pages, ensuring optimization for both desktop and mobile experiences. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to support product launches and customer lifecycle initiatives, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Prepare creative assets for photography and video sessions and continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and user experience. Maintain high-quality output through rigorous attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, content creation, or a related creative field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Bilingual (French/English); English is necessary for this position since the person will work daily with customers and partners that are outside of Quebec.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the fashion, apparel, or beauty industry is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of creative content production, including photo and video workflows, with the ability to support campaign execution from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support complex creative projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
