Artist Management (m/w/d)

Scout and acquire artists, creators, and speakers for live and entertainment formats, while building and maintaining a strong network within the music and entertainment industry. Coordinate bookings, availability, and logistical workflows, selecting and assigning suitable talent across various productions. Manage artist relationships before, during, and after events, ensuring all deadlines, documents, and approvals are submitted on time. Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and event organization teams, documenting all agreements and conditions. Requires multiple years of experience in artist management, booking, or talent relations, with a willingness for occasional weekend and event commitments.
